Built by a pool company.
PoolBase started as the in-house system of a working pool service business in New Jersey: the lead follow-up, the route day, the chemistry logs, all of it. We turned what actually books customers and keeps them into a product any pool company can run.
The storyQuestions
How is PoolBase different from Skimmer or Pool Brain?
PoolBase covers both halves of the job. It runs the route at full strength: scheduling, drive-ordered routes, chemistry and dosing, work orders, and billing. And it adds the growth layer built for pool service: lead capture, automated follow-up sequences, quote e-sign, email campaigns, direct mail, and review requests. One subscription covers all of it.
Can I use PoolBase alongside my current route app?
Yes. Plenty of companies start by pointing their website's quote form at PoolBase and running leads, sequences, and quotes here while the route stays where it is. When you are ready to consolidate, scheduling, the field app, and billing are already in your plan.
What does Early Access mean?
Features marked Early Access (the visual sequence builder, text steps, missed-call text-back, review requests, and seasonal sequences) are launching this fall. They are visible in the product today so you can see exactly what is coming, and companies on a plan get each one first as it rolls out. The email sequences, quote follow-ups, lead capture, campaigns, and the whole operations side are live now.
Are the marketing tools included?
Yes. Lead capture, follow-up sequences, email campaigns, and direct-mail lists come with every plan, with a monthly email allowance that grows by tier. One new customer from your website covers the subscription.
How does pricing work?
Plans are priced per company with a team allowance per tier. One price covers every tech, pool, and visit, and your bill stays the same as you hire until you outgrow your plan.
How does the free trial work?
Every new company gets 14 days with full access. Pick a plan and add a card when you decide to keep going, and your data stays yours either way.
Your next lead shouldn't wait until you're out of the water.
PoolBase follows up the same day and keeps at it for a week. Free for 14 days, cancel anytime and keep your data.
